LeakWatch was a CoreGUI System App found in V1.2.2-IA builds designed for identifying memory leaks in attempt to resolve them.
These memory leak issues were resolved in later versions of 1.2.2 and finalised in version 1.2.3, resulting in the application being removed from mainstream builds.
Since 1.2.4, LeakWatch is no longer present.
