Beta 6.5 is a small patch update to CoreGUI.
Patches
The patches included in this build can be found below. While this update does include a few new features, these are not substantial enough to be considered a full fledged feature update.

- Updates Instigator to allow diagnostic collection on slower machines
- Introduced -SafeBoot flag
- Introduced -SlowReinit flag
- Displays when devbypass is detected
- Reinit updated with a new live log and SlowReinit flag for legacy machines
- Resolves an issue where RolesAndFeatures displays a notification box that takes too long to close
- Updates notificationbox handling for applications

Known Issues
OpenWithCGUI causes an error due to a non-existant program not existing. This will be resolved in upcoming releases
