CoreGUI for Enterprise B123702-beta-5 update release notes:
Warning: This build is a BETA variant. This should not be used in production.
Build Updates
- errorSTRs has been updated to introduce new reinit error messages
- errorSTRs has been updated to simplify Vmdetect messages
- ICEngine has been updated to support the new reinit functions for CoreGUI's Registry based Virtual Filesystem
- reinit has been introduced to initialise the registry's virtual filesystem and deprecating the C:\CGUI folder for cleanliness
- ServerManager has been updated GUI wise
- CoreSettings has been updated to introduce the advanced applications menu
- A stackoverflow exception in the CoreSettings Log Function has been resolved
- F1's startup process has been optimised
- The checkpolicy function in ICEngine has been deprecated
- The CoreGUI Executable filesize has increased from 6.60 MB (6,923,264 bytes) to 6.68 MB (7,014,400 bytes)
- The personalisation page in CoreSettings has been updated and now displays as "Dock". Links to personalisation have been removed as this is not a feature in 1.2.4-Enterprise
Known Issues
- In core versions, checkboxes are not correctly displayed
- On some systems, dedupmenu will not start/stop deduplication jobs automatically as Powershell doesn't load the deduplication module
- dedupmenu cannot be dragged by its window frame
The build can be downloaded from the infdev FTP
