CoreSettings V2 is a scrapped version of CoreSettings designed to be a fresh look to the existing CoreSettings interface.
This was scrapped before release, however remains can be found in beta versions of CoreGUI and can still be launched in modern CoreGUI versions, however an error message is presented to the user.
