The Confrestzdrp application is part of the confRestz module which is responsible for prompting the user when administrative applications request permission.
Confrestzdrp is used to fade the screen in and out before showing the Yes/No Prompt. Confrestzdrp has no direct user interface and is only called and closed by STRES and confbox.
